What UPick hosts

UPick does not host video content. Movie and TV metadata (titles, descriptions, posters, runtimes, genres) is licensed from TMDB. Streaming availability is licensed from Streaming Availability API by Movie of the Night. Streaming services and their logos belong to their respective owners — UPick deep-links into them but does not host or redistribute their video.

Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe content displayed in UPick infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent below containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing — URL, screenshot, or in-app location.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you can file a counter-notice with the same agent. Standard DMCA counter-notice requirements apply.
