UPick LLC grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the UPick app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
You retain ownership of three-word reviews, longform notes, mood tags, and other content you submit. By submitting, you grant UPick a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and (with proper attribution) excerpt that content for marketing and product purposes.
UPick reserves the right to remove, redact, or hide content that violates the Community Guidelines, including via shadow-ban (visible to you, hidden from others) or hard removal for slurs, threats, illegal content, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
One-time purchases ("Lifetime", "One-Time Premium", "Decade Pack", "Early Adopter") are non-recurring. Refunds are handled through Apple under Apple's standard policy.
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in Apple Settings → Subscriptions. UPick has no separate cancellation portal — Apple manages all subscription state.
UPick is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Catalog data depends on third-party providers (TMDB, Streaming Availability API by Movie of the Night) whose service-level commitments transfer to you to the extent permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPick LLC's aggregate liability under this EULA is limited to the greater of (a) what you have paid UPick in the prior 12 months, or (b) US$50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You can terminate this license at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app. We can suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Community Guidelines, with notice when practicable.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mobile County, Alabama, unless mandatory arbitration applies.
